Founded in 1906 in the coal-mining region, RC Lens is a professional club where football is a matter of territory, effort and passing things on. Our camps take place inside its academy.

Sébastien Chabbert
Developed at La Gaillette. Professional goalkeeper for RC Lens, AS Monaco, and FC Metz.
Sébastien spent seven seasons with the RC Lens first team. He was trained by the club, represented it at the professional level, and experienced its academy, culture, and standards from the inside.
That history and the trust built through it is one of the principal reasons RC Lens entrusted the development of its activities in the United States to us.
For more than a decade, Sébastien has dedicated himself to developing young players and transmitting the demands of the professional game. Today, he also coaches the French national team's goalkeepers in the Kings League.
Throughout each immersion, he intervenes at the key stages of the player's experience: observing, evaluating, advising, and ensuring that the methodology and standards remain authentically RC Lens.
He is not simply part of the program. He is the guarantor of its sporting credibility.
He steps in at the decisive moments of the immersion. He is the one who guarantees the standards are real.

Greg Abitbol
He builds lasting bridges between European and American professional academies, connecting ambitious players with the environments, expertise and opportunities best suited to their development.
He leads the relationships with players, families, clubs and academy decision-makers on both sides of the Atlantic, guiding each project with clarity, discretion and a deep understanding of the professional game.
His role goes far beyond creating opportunities. He ensures that every connection is credible, every pathway is coherent, and every decision serves the player's long-term development.
The Coaches
RC Lens academy coaches whose daily mission is to identify talent, develop potential, and prepare the professional players of tomorrow.
They bring the club's methodology, standards, and evaluation criteria directly to every session, observing each player with the same level of rigor expected at La Gaillette.
