The camp · the benchmark
The Immersion
The daily life of an
academy player.
10 to 12 days inside La Gaillette, the RC Lens academy, a few yards from the professional squad. Not a visit: the real daily routine, with its demands.
Open to boys (2008-2014) and girls (2010-2014)

What the player lives
01
An academy rhythm
Sleep, eat, train and recover on site. Sessions follow one another exactly as they do for an academy player: the load, the schedule, the repetition. You discover what a week at this level truly demands.
02
A professional environment
The pitches, the locker rooms, the gym, the academy restaurant, a few yards from the professional squad. The standard is passed on by the place as much as by the words.
03
Real competition
Games against French youth teams, at the true level of academy football. Competition is what reveals a player: what holds up, what breaks, what needs work.
04
Supervision
15 players per coach, a ratio with no equivalent, and full-time supervision off the pitch. Families know their player is looked after, from morning to night.
What the player takes home
Finally knowing where you stand
The immersion is not a stay, it is a starting point. The player is watched in real situations and evaluated across four areas, using professional academy criteria. He or she leaves with a written individual report: positioning, staff analysis and recommendations for what comes next.

Who is it for?
- →The player who wants to face top-level standards for the first time.
- →The player who needs an honest outside opinion on their real level.
- →The family who wants to understand what a football project demands, before committing further.
The Immersion is the gateway to the pathway. For those who wish to go further, it continues with the Elite, Premium and Pro programs: long-term follow-up between visits.
What next?
Elite
The Immersion,
then twelve months of work.
The camp tells the player where they stand. Elite gives them the means to act on it: the same camp, plus Specific Training, plus a full year of support guided by the staff. It is the natural continuation of the Immersion, for those who don't want to stop at the diagnosis.
What is added to the Immersion
The camp itself stays the same. Three things are built on top of it.
01
Specific Training
Individualized training in very small groups: six players per coach, across the five areas of preparation (technical, game, athletic, mental, cognitive). Every action is seen, every detail corrected on the spot.

A plan for the year
Based on the evaluation, a personalized development program and a twelve-month roadmap: the priority areas, what to work on and in what order. The player leaves with a plan, not with advice.
03
A monthly check-in
A monthly call with a program coach, to take stock, review video and adjust the work. Twelve appointments a year: that is what stops the plan from gathering dust.
Who it is for
The player who wants professional support all year round, on identified areas, without starting from scratch at every camp. This is the program that turns an experience into progression.
