Clubs & Partnerships
Stronger Together
Give your players real exposure
to the highest level.
A partnership with the direct branch of RC Lens in the United States: the club's methodology, coaches and evaluation standards, applied to your players and your staff.
Closing the gap between promise and result.
Today, many programs claim to offer "elite" football experiences. Very few truly demonstrate what the professional level demands every single day.
This program does not exist to sell dreams. It exists to expose players to the real standards of European professional football.
No promises. No illusions. Only reality.
Who you partner with
Not an agency. A professional club.
We are not an intermediary organizing trips to a European club. We represent RC Lens directly in the United States, bringing the club's methodology, coaches, evaluation standards and development philosophy to American players and clubs.
40 %
of the professional squad
Four out of ten players in the RC Lens first team came through the academy. For a club considering a partnership, no number says more: here, the players a club develops actually play.
2025-26 season
- →Second in Ligue 1, behind Paris Saint-Germain.
- →French Cup winners.
- →Qualified for the Champions League.
A club that develops its own players and wins. That is the environment your players would step into.
For your club
A Strategic Development Tool
This program is not designed to replace the work already done within your club. It is designed to strengthen it.
By exposing players to the environment and expectations of a professional academy, clubs gain a valuable external perspective on their players' development.
Clubs obtain
- ✓An independent professional perspective.
- ✓A clearer understanding of their players' competitive level.
- ✓Concrete feedback for development.
- ✓Strategic insight to support their sporting project.
Players return with
- ✓A clearer understanding of professional expectations.
- ✓Increased motivation.
- ✓Greater sporting maturity.
- ✓A higher competitive standard.
Partner clubs do not simply send players to a program. They gain valuable insight into their development.
How it works
Sharing the Methodology
A partnership is not a one-off trip. It is shared work across several seasons, built around three commitments.
01
Train the Coaches
We pass on to your staff the working principles, session content and evaluation criteria used at La Gaillette, so the methodology lives on your fields all year round.
02
Scout Together
An outside, professional eye on your players, and a direct route into the pathway for those ready to take the next step. Your club stays involved at every stage.
03
Follow the Players
Evaluation reports, development priorities and progress are shared through the player platform, so your staff can build on the work rather than start again.
For your players
Three ways to get started
A partnership can begin at any level of commitment. Most clubs start small and grow from there.
01
The Tryouts
In Florida · $75
Bring a group of players to a scouting session and receive an honest first assessment of each of them.
02
The Prep Camp NEW
5 players · 1 coach
Prepare the players who are approaching college showcases, ID camps or academy tryouts.
03
The Immersion
Ten days at La Gaillette
The benchmark: your players inside the professional academy, evaluated across four core areas.
What your staff receives
An Independent Evaluation
Every player is observed in real game situations and evaluated using the criteria applied to the club's own academy players, then leaves with a written individual report: where they stand, what sets them apart, what holds them back, and the priorities to work on next.
Technical
Game intelligence
Athletic
Mental
With the family's agreement, the report is shared with the club: an outside reading of your player, on the same criteria, season after season.
