When a camp is no longer enough,
we build a project.

Two ways to go further: a multi-season cycle between Lens and home, or a club coach who travels to the player.

Premium

The full cycle,
one to three years.

Premium is not a longer camp, it is a football project run over several seasons. The player comes back three or four times a year, and between visits the work continues at home, guided by the staff.

A typical year

Phase 1

The starting point

First immersion, full four-area evaluation and individual report. We know where the player stands, and what to work on first.

Phase 2

Work from home

A weekly program, adjusted as they go. The player sends video, the staff reviews and corrects it. One call a month with the coach of their choice.

Phase 3

Back to Lens

Three to four camps a season, with small-group Specific Training and a re-evaluation on every visit. Progress measured against the same criteria, every time.

Phase 4

The project

The staff advises the family on the decisions that matter: the club, the schooling path, the deadlines. A direct line, so the big choices are not made blind.

Who it is for

The player aiming for a pro academy, US college soccer or a professional club, whose family is ready to commit across several seasons. Premium demands consistency: that is exactly where its value comes from.

We prepare the player and we support them. We promise no selection, no scholarship and no contract: nobody can promise that honestly.

Pro

The coach comes
to the player.

The rarest offer in our pathway, and the simplest to explain: instead of bringing the player to Lens, a club coach travels to them, for three to four days.

Observe

The coach sees the player in their real environment: their club, their team, their games, their habits. Things a camp never shows.

Train

Individual sessions on the priority areas, on the player's own pitch. Plus time with their club coach, so the work continues once ours has left.

Re-evaluate

An evaluation on the same criteria used at La Gaillette, and a roadmap handed to the family and to the player's club.

Good to know

The visit is planned with the family and the player's club several weeks in advance. The coach's travel and accommodation are covered by the family. Every visit is quoted individually.
