Frequently asked questions

A question that isn't here? The staff replies within 48 business hours.

Pricing, and what it includes (and doesn't)+

Pricing is sent to you on request, or discussed on a call with the Program Director. The camp includes accommodation on the academy site, meals at the academy, all training sessions, the evaluation and the individual report. It does not include international flights or personal spending. Write to us and you receive the full price list within 48 business hours.

Exact dates, length of stay, arrival and departure+

Four sessions per season, 10 to 11 days each, with dates listed on the Camps page: Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, January and Spring Break. Families fly into Paris, and our team guides you through the journey to La Gaillette.

Ages and levels accepted. Boys and girls+

The camp is open to boys born between 2008 and 2014 and girls born between 2010 and 2014. There is no minimum level: groups are formed on site by age and observed level, so every player works at the right intensity.

Safety, supervision and housing for minors+

Players are housed on the academy site itself, with supervision present day and night and a named contact reachable at any time by the family. Meals are the academy's own, with allergies and dietary needs accommodated. For the full details of supervision, room arrangements and the protocol if a player falls ill, ask for a call back: we would rather talk it through.

Languages, travel, visas, insurance+

Support is provided in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Travel requirements, entry formalities and insurance depend on your country and the player's age: our team guides each family case by case, before booking.

What's in the evaluation report, and when it's delivered+

The player is evaluated across four areas: technical, game intelligence, athletic and mental, using the criteria applied to the club's own academy players. The written report covers where they stand, what sets them apart, what holds them back, and their priority areas of work. It is handed to the family at the end of the camp.

How the 12-month follow-up works+

It applies to the Elite, Premium and Pro programs. The player leaves with a personalized development plan and a roadmap for the year, then a monthly call with a coach to review video, measure progress and adjust the work. On every return to Lens, a re-evaluation is done against the same criteria.

Cancellation and refund policy+

Cancellation and refund terms are given to you in writing along with the price list, before any payment. They are part of what we go through during the first conversation, so nothing is discovered after the fact.
