1. Who operates this site

RC Lens Soccer Camp USA is operated by Global Soccer Agency, in partnership with Racing Club de Lens. It is not the official website of the club; see our Legal Notice for full detail.

2. Access and eligibility

The public website is open to everyone. The member area is restricted to families invited after a camp registration or an approved request for access. One account is created per family, held by a parent or legal guardian; we do not create accounts in a minor's own name.

3. Your account

• →Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• →Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• →Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• →We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, particularly where the safety of a minor is at stake.

4. Community content

The member area includes community spaces where families and players can post and comment. Every post and comment is reviewed before it becomes visible to others.

• →Be respectful; harassment, bullying, or abusive content toward any player, family, or staff member is not tolerated.
• →No advertising, solicitation, or spam.
• →Do not post another family's child's photo or video without that family's consent, and never post identifying information about a player other than your own without permission.
• →Staff can remove any content and may restrict a family's posting rights for a serious or repeated violation.

5. Evaluations and reports

Evaluations, ratings, and reports reflect a coach's assessment at a given moment. They are provided for information and development purposes only; they are not a guarantee of recruitment, a scholarship, or any professional outcome.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text, and media we publish on this site belong to Global Soccer Agency or to its licensors, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent. Content a family submits (for example, a video upload) remains that family's property; by submitting it, the family grants us a license to use it for the evaluation, community, and, where consent has been given, promotional purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments and cancellations

Program pricing and payment arrangements are communicated directly by our staff; this site does not currently process online payments. Cancellation and refund terms: [to confirm], to be confirmed with Global Soccer Agency and published here before being relied upon.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The site and member area are provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or bodily injury during camp activities, which are governed separately by the camp participation agreement signed at registration.

These Terms of Use are provided in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese for the convenience of our families. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between versions, the English version prevails.
