Eight players. One coach.

Nowhere to hide.

For who

Players who want the details fixed, not just more minutes.

For what

See earlier. Decide faster. Execute under pressure.

How

Eight players per coach, across five areas of work.

Why it changes things

The team prepares for the match.
We work on you.

At the highest European level, being good in the team is not enough. The players who make the difference are the ones who master the details: see earlier, decide faster, execute under pressure, do it again.

Technical masteryThe gesture, repeated until it holds when someone is on your back.
Game intelligenceReading what is about to happen, before it happens.
Athletic preparationThe body that carries the level for ninety minutes.
Mental strengthStaying in the game when it turns against you.
Cognitive preparationDeciding faster than the player in front of you.
And then againMore touches. More reps. More corrections. More intensity.

The rule behind everything

Even one to one, it all starts from the game

All our training is built on the game, and on what the game expects: at what speed, under what pressure, in how much space. Individual work is no exception, it is built backwards from the match like the rest.

Never a drill for its own sakeIf an exercise does not show up on a Saturday, it has no place in the session.
The match sets the standardThe intensity, the space, the time on the ball: the same as the game the player is preparing for.
Individual, never isolatedWorking alone on a detail only counts once it holds in the middle of a match.

Think. Decide. Execute. Go again.

Small groups are a choice, and a standard. That is why places go fast.
