Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data RC Lens Soccer Camp USA collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to our public website, our family member area, and our forms.
1. Who we are
RC Lens Soccer Camp USA is operated by Global Soccer Agency ([to confirm]), [to confirm], registered in [to confirm] (registration number: [to confirm]), in partnership with Racing Club de Lens. Racing Club de Lens is our academy partner; it is not the data controller for this website and does not receive the personal data described below.
For any question about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact us at privacy@rclenssoccercamp.com.
2. Data we collect, by purpose
Inquiry and tryout forms
When you request a callback, register interest in a tryout, or ask a question, we collect the name, email, phone number, the player's age or year of birth and position, the state or city you write from, the session you are interested in, and your message.
Family member account
When a family is invited to the member area, we collect the parent's or guardian's contact details and login, and each player's first name, last name, year of birth, playing position, current club and state. Accounts are created for a family, held by a parent or guardian; no account is created in a minor's own name.
Evaluations
Coaches record a technical, tactical, physical and mental rating for each player, along with strengths, areas to work on, and priorities. An evaluation is visible to the player's own family only once a staff member marks it published, and it is never visible to any other family.
Videos and photos
Families can upload training or match videos for coach review; these are moderated before they are used. We also take photos and videos of players during camps for evaluation and, separately, for promotional use, always subject to the image consent described in the Minors section below.
Registrations and payments
For a camp registration, we record the program, session, status, and amount due. Payment is currently handled manually by our staff, not through an online payment processor on this site; we keep a record of the amount, method and payment reference for accounting purposes.
Emails and communications
We send transactional emails (for example, an acknowledgement after you submit a form) and, if you have not opted out, occasional campaign emails about our programs. Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link, and honoring an unsubscribe request is immediate.
Website analytics
We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, in cookieless mode: no cookie or persistent identifier is set in your browser, and events do not carry personal information. See our Cookies Policy for detail.
Community platform
Posts and comments made by families in the member community are stored with the author's account, and are moderated before other families can see them.
3. Legal bases for processing
- →Consent: for the forms you choose to submit, for marketing emails, and for any use of a player's image (see Minors section).
- →Performance of a contract: to create and manage a family account and process a camp registration.
- →Legitimate interest: to keep the service secure, answer questions, and measure aggregate, non-identifying website usage.
- →Legal obligation: to keep accounting and tax records for the period required by law.
4. Who receives this data
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the service providers that operate this website, each acting under a data processing agreement:
- →Vercel Inc. (website hosting), 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States.
- →Supabase (database, authentication and file storage for the member area).
- →Resend (transactional and campaign email delivery).
- →PostHog, EU region (cookieless website analytics).
- →YouTube: only if you click to play an embedded video; visiting the page itself never contacts YouTube.
- →A payment processor, if and when one is introduced (currently: [to confirm] — payments are handled manually).
5. International data transfers
[to confirm]: the final list of service providers and their hosting regions is being confirmed. Where a provider processes data outside the United States or the European Union, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, before any transfer takes place.
6. How long we keep data
The durations below are a proposal, to be validated with Global Soccer Agency before this policy is finalized.
- →Inquiry or tryout contact with no further follow-up: 24 months from the last contact (proposal).
- →Family and player account data: for as long as the account is active, plus 3 years after the family's last camp (proposal).
- →Evaluations and videos: same duration as account data, unless you ask us to delete them sooner (proposal).
- →Payment and accounting records: kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law (proposal, exact duration to confirm).
- →Community posts and comments: deleted within 30 days of account deletion (proposal).
7. Your rights
If you are in the European Union
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
If you are a California resident
Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information), to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
If you are in another U.S. state
Similar privacy rights may apply under your state's law. Contact us and we will honor your request regardless of where you live.
How to exercise your rights
Write to privacy@rclenssoccercamp.com. We may ask you to verify your identity, and, for a request about a minor, your relationship to the player, before we act on it.
8. Minors
- →No account is ever created in a minor's own name; the platform is family-based and held by a parent or legal guardian.
- →Before we collect any personal information about a child under 13, we obtain verifiable parental consent, as described on our Parental Consent page.
- →Consent for using a player's image (photos or videos) in promotional material is collected separately from participation consent, per player, and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us, without affecting the player's participation in the camp.
- →An evaluation, video, or report about a player is visible only to that player's own family and to staff; it is never visible to other families.
- →If we learn that a child's personal information was collected without the required parental consent, we delete it.
9. Security
Our database enforces row-level security so that a family can only ever see its own data; internal staff notes and payment records are restricted to staff; video and report files are stored in private, access-controlled storage; and account access uses secure, encrypted authentication.
10. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies. See our Cookies Policy for the full detail, including the strictly necessary session cookie used in the member area.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top always reflects the latest version. For a material change in how we handle a minor's data, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered families directly.
12. Contact
privacy@rclenssoccercamp.com (privacy requests) or info@rclenssoccercamp.com (general questions) — [to confirm].
