We are not an intermediary organising trips to a European club. We represent RC Lens directly in the United States, with the club's methodology, coaches and evaluation standards.
The club
Founded in 1906 in the heart of France's coal-mining region, RC Lens is a club shaped by its territory and built on hard work, humility, solidarity and transmission. A town of 30,000 people. A 38,000-seat stadium. The ratio says it all.
Our camps take place inside the club's academy, the same environment in which RC Lens identifies, develops and prepares the players of tomorrow.

Who we are, exactly
Two names carry this program, and a staff of academy coaches on the pitch. All of them have lived the level they are asking of you.
Technical Director
Developed at La Gaillette. Professional goalkeeper for RC Lens, AS Monaco and FC Metz, with seven seasons in the RC Lens first team.
He knows the academy, its culture and its standards from the inside. Today he also coaches the French national team's goalkeepers in the Kings League.
He steps in at the decisive moments of the immersion: watching, evaluating, advising. He is the one who guarantees the standards are real.
Director of Operations
He builds the bridges between RC Lens, American academies, US colleges and universities, and the professional environments on both sides of the Atlantic.
He leads the relationship with players, families, clubs, academy directors and college programs, so each player can read the pathways open to them clearly.
His job is not to create opportunities, it is to make sure each one holds up: a coherent pathway, a decision that serves the player over years, not over one summer.
RC Lens academy
Every session on the pitch is led by the club's own academy coaches, whose daily job is to spot talent and prepare tomorrow's professionals.
They bring the club methodology and the club's evaluation criteria, and they watch each player with the rigour expected at La Gaillette.
